Aunt Edie was not only my aunt but my Godmother, surrogate mother (after my mom passed), confidant and best friend! There is nothing I didn’t share with her. Her energy level was amazing. I couldn’t keep up with her! Every time I drove her home and said “see you (tomorrow or whenever)” her reply was “god willing”. She had so many friends and activities that kept her young at heart and when asked how she lived so long she always said her secret was green tea and lots of vegetables! I had the best relationship with her I will cherish in my memories forever and will miss her terribly. Rest in Peace forever my sweetie. Until we meet again. I’ll love you always “Rosie”
