Obituary of Thomas Matthew Scozzafava

Thomas M. Scozzafava , 42, Boonton, NJ Thomas M. Scozzafava, 42, of Boonton NJ, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Morristown Medical Center. Tom was born in Denville, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Boonton. Tom was a 1992 graduate of Boonton High School. He was employed as a chef at NJ National Golf Club in Basking Ridge, NJ. Tom was the beloved son of Frank and Claire (nee Rezelman) Scozzafava, and the loving brother of Vicki Allison and her husband Scott, and Lori Scozzafava. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Nicole, Sara , Kyle, Danny, Sean, Leah and Chad, and many aunts, uncles and friends. Visitation for Tom will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 4-8 PM, at Dangler, Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 W. Main Street Boonton, NJ 07005. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, 10 North Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's memory to the Boonton Kiwanis First Aid Squad, 150 Lathrop Avenue, PO Box 16, Boonton, NJ 07050.
