Obituary of Ralph Joseph Danzi

Ralph J. Danzi, 93, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Compassionate Care Hospice, in Dover, with his loving family at his side. He was born and raised in Washington DC; then moving to Whippany before residing in Boonton. He owned and operated Cassies Service Station in Boonton, before retiring. Ralph proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a member of the South Boonton Field Club and loved to Golf. Ralph was the beloved husband, of 62 years, to Mary Danzi (nee Cacciabeve); loving father of Louise Barclay and her husband Daniel, Robert Danzi and his wife Shari, Anthony Danzi and his wife Patrise; cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Megan, Erin, Peter, Christian, Olivia, Gina, Anthony, Vincent and great grandfather of Logan, Brady, and Austin. Funeral mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, in Boonton. Interment will follow to St. Mary's Cemetery, in Boonton. Relatives and friends may visit on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3 to 7 PM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 910 Birch St, Boonton.
