Obituary of Lucy Selimo

Lucy Selimo, 91 Parisppany, N.J. Lucy (nee Panciello) Selimo of Parsippany, NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 with her loving family at her side. She was 91. Lucy was born and raised in Orange, before moving to Parsippany in 1962. She wasthe day manager at Pleasantdale Bakery in West Orange for over 30 years. She then worked for the Parsippany Board of Education in the SKIP program, retiring in 2008. Lucy enjoyed cooking, knitting, baking and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Sam Selimo, in 2009. Surviving are her children, Samuel P. Selimo& his wife Kim, Anthony R.Selimo& his wife Sue and Patrick M.Selimo& his wife Tricia; her only living sibling, Ralph Panciello; grandchildren, Michael, Erika, Joseph, Anthony and Samantha. Visitation will be at the Dangler, Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street, Boonton on Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Christopher Church, 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany.
