Obituary of Rosina DiBonaventura

Rosina DiBonaventura , 84, of Boonton Rosina DiBonaventura , 84, of Boonton, passed away at home on Friday February 26, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Rosina was born and raised in Teramo, Italy and moved to the United States, settling in Boonton, NJ where she resided for the remainder of her life. Prior to her retirement, Rosina worked as a Supervising Technician at Johanson's Manufacturing in Boonton Township for 27 years. She was also a longtime member of the Crochet Club of Boonton, and a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Boonton. Rosina is survived by her beloved sons Armando and Joseph and her cherished grandchildren Olivia Rose, Juliet Rene' and Michael Milaccio, as well as her great grandaughter Seanna. Rosina is also survived her sister Pina Morelli, of Italy and brother Mario Palumbi, of Pennsylvania, and a loving extended family. She was pre-deceaced by her beloved husband Armando in 2002, her cherished daughter Gina Stulen and her sisters Esterina Palumbi and Nerina Tarquini. Funeral services for Rosina will commence at 10:00 AM on Wednesday March 2, 2016, at Dangler, Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 W. Main Street, Boonton, NJ 07005, followed at 11:00 AM by the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 910 Birch Street, Boonton, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Boonton. Visitation for Rosina will be on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
