Angela Scerbo, 88, of Boonton

Angela Scerbo ,88, of Boonton passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, with her loving daughter at her side.

Angela was born and raised in Marcellinara, Italy and moved to Montreal, Canada for a short time, before settling in Boonton, NJ in 1968. Mrs. Scerbo was a skilled seamstress who worked for Gothealth Clothing in Boonton prior to retiring.

Angela was the beloved wife of the late Francesco Scerbo, loving mother of Adriana Scerbo and is also survived by three siblings in Italy.

Visitation for Angela will be held on Thursday , January 14, 2016 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Dangler, Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 W. Main Street, Boonton, NJ 07005. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 AM on Friday, January 15, 2016, at the Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass for Angela will be celebrated at 9:30AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 910 Birch Street, Boonton, NJ, with interment to follow at St. Mary' Cemetery in Boonton.
