Obituary of Janet Martancik

Janet M. Martancik Janet M. Martancik, 91, of Baltimore, MD, long-time resident of Boonton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Janet is survived by her daughter Claudia Martancik, her son Bill Martancik, and her grandchildren Molly Martancik and Benjamin Martancik. She is preceded in death by her husband, J. Edward (Ed) and her son John Martancik, Jr. Janet grew up in Spokane, WA and moved to Boonton after WWII where she married and raised a family WWII. Janet and Ed owned and operated Martancik's Market in Boonton. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5 from 8:30 to 10:30 am at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton followed by a Memorial Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at SS. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church on Hill Street. Interment will follow at SS Cyril & Methodius Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
