Joseph Flintosh Obituary

Joe Flintosh of Boonton Township passed away on December 30th due to complications from COVID.  He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1945 to Stephen and Julia Flintosh. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary and 2 sons Mike (Christie) and John (Juliana) and 3 grandchildren, Caleb, Caroline and Michael as well as his sister Julia and brother Stephen. He was a dedicated pharmacist at UMDNJ for over 30 years. He most recently retired from St. Josephs hospital after 19 years. He was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed a good crossword, a hard puzzle and always loved sitting down to a good meal with friends and family.


In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, New Jersey region, PO Box 695 LaPlata, Maryland 20646. 


Services will be at the Dangler, Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street in Boonton, NJ on Sunday, January 8th from 1-5 PM.
