Helen DePiano, 98

Helen DePiano, (nee Miszczuk) 98, of Boonton passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.  

Visiting will be held at The Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street, Boonton, NJ 07005, on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 4-8 PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Boonton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen’s name to; American Heart Association 1 Union Street Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183

Helen was born in Nanticoke, PA and lived in Passaic and Belleville before moving to Boonton in1959. Helen was a Registered Nurse, after being certified at St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic in 1948, she worked at Riverside Hospital in Boonton Township, and then at Par Troy Nursing Home in Parsippany. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the Montville Senior Citizens.

Helen was the beloved wife of the late Patrick “Pat” DePiano. Cherished mother of James, Thomas and his wife Peggy, and Mark and his wife Antoinette. Cherished grandmother of Anthony, Michael, Matthew, Nicholas, and the late Jessica. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
