Janet Mae Novotny, 87

Janet Mae Novotny (nee Zimmerman), 87, of Boonton passed away on Friday July 6, 2018 at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

A visitation will be held at The Dangler Lewis and Carey Funeral Home 312 West Main Street Boonton, NJ 07005 on Tuesday July 10, 2018 from 4PM to 8PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2018 at The First Presbyterian Church of Boonton 513 Birch Street Boonton at 11:00 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Janet’s name to 1^st Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge 600 Rahway Avenue Woodbridge, NJ 07095.

Janet was born in East Orange raised in Maplewood living in Colonia and Avenel before moving to Boonton one year ago. She was a sales consultant working for Colonia Drugs in Colonia for many years. Janet was active in the choir at The 1^st Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge and her passion was bowling winning many trophies.

Janet was the beloved wife of the late Robert Novotny. Devoted mother of Robert Novotny (Lea), Linda Meyer, Kathy Arpino (Maurizio) and Thomas Novotny. Loving sister of Jack Zimmerman. Cherished grandmother of Michael Novotny and his wife Kelly, Nicole Arpino, Salvatore Arpino, Maurizio Arpino. Great grandmother of Jaysen Feindt and Shawn Feindt. Also loved by many family and friends.
