Arcangelo "Angelo" Montuori, 96, of Cedar Knolls, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2026. Born August 25, 1929 in Lioni, Italy, Arcangelo immigrated to the United States in 1966, residing in Newark, NJ, then in Clifton and eventually settling in Cedar Knolls in 2007.

A master tailor by trade, Arcangelo worked for various clothing stores throughout the years, ending his career at Bloomingdale's. Arcangelo enjoyed working in his tailor shop at home, making homemade wine, trying his luck on scratch-off tickets, chatting on the phone, going out to restaurants with family and friends, and taking his annual trip back to his home town in Italy.

Arcangelo was predeceased by his wife, Domenica "Minichina", and 3 siblings in Italy.  He is survived by his devoted daughter Anna, son Joseph and wife Diane, and cherished grandson Michael, and a loving brother Lucio.

Visitation will be held at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main Street, Boonton, N.J., on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 4 to 8 p.m.  A Committal service and entombment will be held on Wednesday, February 18, at 11 a.m., at Gate of Heaven Cemetery and Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover, NJ.
