Patrick Lorenzo passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on August 5, 2025.  He was born in Montclair, NJ on August 3, 1953 and raised in Roseland where he met the love of his life, Kathy (Whritenour) Lorenzo. They were married on September 15, 1973 and lived their entire marriage in Parsippany. 

Pat worked at Baer Concrete for thirty-three years. After his retirement, he began working at The Knoll Country Club where you would find him doing anything that was needed to be done until he fell ill in June. 

Pat loved being home with his wife, his family and his dogs.  He was a kind soul that would help anyone in need. Pat was loved by everyone that knew him.  He proudly served many years on the hospitality committee at St. Ann’s church in Parsippany every Saturday night at the 5:00 mass. 

Patrick is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathy Lorenzo, their sons Patrick and his wife, Leigh and Michael and his wife, Linda. Pat is predeceased by his son, Joseph. He is the proud grandfather to his four grandchildren, Adam and his wife, Tatyana, Thomas and his wife, Brandi,  Nicholas, and Ally.  He is the proud great grandfather to Zanya, Colton and Brielle.  Pat is also survived by his sister, Eileen (Lorenzo) Dangler and her husband, Kip along with several nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents, Sebastian and Catherine Lorenzo, his sisters, Kathy and Maureen and his brother, Tommy. 

Visitation will be on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 W Main Street, Boonton NJ 07005.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Saint Ann's Church, 781 Smith Road, Parsippany NJ 07054.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Patrick’s memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Parsippany Fire District #5.
