Obituary of James Bermingham
James B. Bermingham, 42 - James B. Bermingham of West Caldwell formerly of West Orange died suddenly on Tuesday January 12, 2010 at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday January 16, 2010 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange 340 Main Street at 10:00 AM then to Our Lady of Lourdes Church for the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting will be Friday 3-9 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. Mr. Bermingham was born and raised in West Orange before moving to West Caldwell 5 years ago. He was an Engineer with Local 68 working at St. Michael's hospital for 8 years before retiring in 1998. Mr. Bermingham was a member of the Gaelic Football with St. Brendan's Club in Kearney, the Gatsby Association, and played soccer for West Orange Soccer. He was an avid golfer, skier, Scuba Diver and Swimmer. Mr. Bermingham was the beloved son of John "Brian" and Evelyn Bermingham. Loving brother of Kim Mitchell and her husband Camillus and Michael and his wife Maria. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles and many cousins. Cherished uncle of Kelsey, Carina, Emma and Michael. Mr. Bermingham is also survived by a large circle of friends and very popular figure in the Irish American Community.
