Mary E. McGee - Mary E. McGee (nee Roddy) of Livingston died on Tuesday January 12, 2010. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday January 16, 2010 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange 340 Main Street at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Lourdes Church for the Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting will be Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. Mrs. McGee was born in Roscommon, Ireland and lived in West Orange before moving to Livingston 26 years ago. She was an Assemble Worker, working for Westinghouse in Bloomfield for 25 years before retiring. Mrs. McGee was a member of the Irish American Association of the Oranges and was honored as Women of the Year in 1990 , the Our Lady of Lourdes Church Rosary Altar Society, and was the Deputy Grand Marshal of the West Orange Saint Patrick's Day Parade in 1991. Mrs. McGee was the beloved wife of the last Patrick Joseph McGee. Devoted mother of John and his wife Judith, Maureen McHugh and her husband David, Thomas, and Sheila Kozlowsky and her husband Tim. Loving sister of Margaret Broughal, Theresa Fahy, and the late James, Edward, Father Anthony, Thomas and Michael. Cherished grandmother of Courtney, Nicholas, Matthew and Andrew. She is also survived by her home companion and dear friend Carolyn Starks. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 560 Sylvan Avenue Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.
